The Miracle Tabernacle Academy is a private school offering hands on activities and core academic learning. We are a non-profit, independent school system in Spring Lake, NC governed by a local board of directors. We currently offer K-12th grade, Miracle Tabernacle Academy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Our Teaching Philosophy:

Miracle Tabernacle Academy seeks to develop students who possess both hands on learning and academic knowledge in addition to 21st century skills, including personal and social responsibility, critical thinking and reasoning, as well as communication and interpersonal skills. The traditional model of passively learning facts and reciting them out of context is no longer sufficient to prepare students for a life of learning and success. MTA's teaching philosophy combines strategies proven to benefit children and improve learning, including learning by hands on experiences and excellence in teaching. MTA’s curriculum is aligned with the common core and the North Carolina Essential Skills.
