Dr. Ramona J Williams

Greetings everyone, My name is  Mrs. Williams. I am the head board, chief administrator for Miracle Tabernacle Academy. I am looking forward to working with an amazing leadership board as well as all other staff, our students and families. I have been in education for over 30 years where I worked hard to possess a great deal of education and experience.  While traveling through the wonderful field of education, I worked in different capacities. My first 10 years I worked as a Head start teacher, educating many amazing preschoolers. My next education adventure, which became my passion, was with Easter Seals UCP teaching students with special needs. This was one of the most rewarding teaching experiences I have endured. I worked in the Infant room for 6 years before transitioning to the preschoolers for an additional year. After 10 years working for "Stepping Stones", I was offered a position to work as a Quality enhancement Specialist/Program manager. This Job gave me a great deal of field experience, an enhanced my skills to work with families as well as community bases businesses and organizations. Working under contract, this job ended three years after I started which lead me to become a director of a childcare center where I gained much experience in leadership. My most recent Job for over 11 years has been teaching EC middle school students. Being one that see the importance of education, I have completed a Associated Degree in Early Child Education, BA Degree in Early Childhood Education, MA Degree in Special Education, MA Degree in Christian Ministries, and a PHD in Leadership.
